Qualified Electrician 

Wapping, Greater London

£35,000 – £42,000/annum Company Van, Fuel Card

Working hours – 07:00 till 16:00 with overtime opportunities (Overtime paid Saturday 1.5x and Sunday 2x).

Opportunity to be on standby for call outs, based on a rota. Standby is paid for at set rates.

London Electrical Solutions are currently looking to recruit a highly skilled Electrician to join our successful and growing team. We are a professional  NICEIC approved company operating across London and the South East.

The successful candidate should have the ability and experience to:

  • Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR’S) on Domestic and Commercial installations

  • Carrying out remedial works – DB upgrades, rewires, lighting replacements, general installation etc

  • Assisting the QS with remedial quotes from EICR test results

  • Assist with the day-to-day management and training of apprentices.

  • Ensuring works are delivered within a timely manner, site cleanliness is adhered to and installation works are completed to a high standard. 

  • Assist with apprentice training. 

The ideal candidate is required to have the following:

  • Qualified Electrican

  • 18th Edition

  • Competent testing experience (2391)

  • IT skills desirable – Certifcation software

  • Electrical experience in Domestic and Commercial installations

  • Experience of working accurately and effectively with minimal supervision.

  • Experience of working under pressure.

  • ECS card

  • Driving license

Technical Administrator

Wapping, Greater London

A new opportunity has arisen for a Technical Administrator to join the London Electrical Solutions team. This position will see you support the Technical Manager and the wider team with key tasks.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a technically minded and well organised person to take on a new position in the electrical services industry. This will be a fast-paced role, within which excellent attention to detail and data entry skills are required.

The Technical Support Administrator will be Responsible for:

  • Preparing estimates
  • Cross-checking information to ensure 100% accuracy prior to submitting
  • Accurate data input of information onto certificate software (NAPIT fastest, Trimble etc.)
  • Data entry and associated administrative support
  • The ideal candidate for this role will be computer literate, with the ability to learn quickly
  • You will need to be able to work to speed to ensure high volumes of data are processed accurately and according to targets
  • Excellent typing and literacy skills are required with the ability to communicate efficiently
  • Reporting to the technical team

The Technical Support Administrator Requirements:

  • Experienced in technical support, operations, or development
  • Ability to work off their own initiative
  • Have a general understanding of electrical estimating
  • A well-organised individual who can work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Mature attitude
  • Good sense of humour
